What Pendi is

Table of Contents

[template]

This writeup is a placeholder. Pendi is a side project and the details here are invented while I put the real story together. Pendi is a small tool that takes a chore off your plate. If you have ever lost track of something you meant to keep on top of, that is the itch it goes after.

The problem

Before Pendi, keeping this particular thing organised meant doing it by hand and hoping I remembered. It was slow and easy to let slip.

The frustrating part was how often a small miss turned into a bigger mess later.

What it does

Pendi keeps the thing in order for you. Around that:

  • Tracking so nothing quietly falls through
  • Reminders that surface what needs attention
  • A simple view of where everything stands

It does not try to be a full planner, because that was never the point.

Who it’s for

AudienceWhy they’d use it
Anyone juggling the same chore I wasIt handles the tracking for them
People who like things tidyIt keeps state clear

In one screen

Here is roughly the shape of using it:

add "thing to track"
list
done "thing to track"

You add something, check the list and mark it off. That is the whole loop.
